Service Description
As modern practitioners in the west we rarely have the opportunity to explore yoga beyond what is available in our local studio setting. In light of that, I am offering both introductory and in-depth experiences on a broad range of topics including mantra, pranayama, philosophy, dharma, and the subtle body. These workshops are for students of every level, from novice to experienced teachers, in the interest of continuous learning.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you contact me within that 24 hour window, I will do my best to reschedule our session within the week. If we are unable to reschedule within the week, then you will be financially responsible for your missed session.
