Service Description
We will begin by discussing and discovering your unique desires and needs, then I will create a customized practice designed to fulfill both. Practices will always include a compelling intention, physical postures, specific breathing techniques, guided relaxation, pranayama, and meditation. Practices may also include mantra, self-study, and contemplation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you contact me within that 24 hour window, I will do my best to reschedule our session within the week. If we are unable to reschedule within the week, then you will be financially responsible for your missed session.
