'Tentatively New'

As we slowly but steadily approach the first 'new moon' of the new year we have one more opportunity to slip out of the thoughts, behaviors and beliefs that have grown stifling and slip into something tender, fragile, promising...something tentatively new. There is no need to rush or leap or plunge. It is enough to simply step. One to another. Old to new. Bondage to liberation. Paralysis to unlimited possibility.

Let's take this step together with our first weekly Complete Tantric Haṭha Practice - in community.

Some familiarity with āsana is ideal, but not strictly required. In most ways we will truly begin at the beginning, by deconstructing what will eventually develop into a nuanced, multi-layered engagement with yogic and tantric methodology.
