Service Description

Initial consultations give us an opportunity to get to know one another in a more personal way, and to get a sense of our compatibility. Growing together in the capacity of yoga, meditation, or life coaching requires an informed and confident commitment from both of us. Let's make sure we're a good fit!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you contact me within that 24 hour window, I will do my best to reschedule our session within the week. If we are unable to reschedule within the week, then you will be financially responsible for your missed session.
