Service Description

Are you going through a particularly challenging phase in your life, either physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually? Have you reached a plateau in your spiritual development and wondering how to continue your development? Do you feel stuck, unmotivated or uninspired? Are you feeling anxious or overwhelmed by the stressors in your life? Is it time to stop repeating old patterns and break through to a new way of being? If you answered yes to any of these questions, a personalized practice which you can adopt and engage with regularly, over an extended period of time, without interruption, and with reverence, just may be the best possible step for you to take. What's Included in this Offering? + an initial consultation (one hour) + an appointment to discuss your personal practice, answer questions you may have, and deliver written instructions and a video recording (one hour) + two months of ongoing support (via email or an optional 30 minutes on zoom) We will begin with a consultation so I can get a thorough sense of your unique situation, hopes, desires, and needs. Then I will create a practice based on my twenty years of practice, ten years of in-depth study and teaching, and intuition. We will meet a second time so I can discuss the details of the practice with you, then provide you with both written instructions and a video recording. I will remain available for two months after this appointment to answer any additional questions, provide modifications, and support you in whatever way proves necessary.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you contact me within that 24 hour window, I will do my best to reschedule our session within the week. If we are unable to reschedule within the week, then you will be financially responsible for your missed session.
